ABOUT BAYETHE SAFARI LODGE :  Bayethe Lodge is located perfectly within Shamwari reserve to offer views overlooking the river pools where many species of animals and birds come to drink.  The buildings are constructed with stone walls and thatched roofs and offer gracious living.  A common highlight for v are relaxing on the viewing deck with the gentle humming and chirruping of crickets as the background accompaniment.

ACCOMMODATION :  As with all lodges in Shamwari, Bayethe Lodge offers the ultimate in luxury, although offering tented accommodation. Each of the 9 twin-bedded rooms is nestled along the bed of the river and camouflaged under trees allowing ample privacy and unsurpassed comforts. Each tented toom is air-conditioned and heated and has an en-suite bathroom, outdoor shower, private plunge pool and viewing deck.
 
LODGE FACILITIES :  Bayethe Lodge offers a large lounge and dining room, also with the theme of stone walls and thatch.  There is an outdoor banqueting boma, where one can enjoy the most creative array of dishes.  The crystal clear swimming pool on the large viewing deck overlook the Buffalo River and you can spot game whilst cooling down.

ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE : Activities from Bayethe Lodge include morning and evening game drives or walking safaris, accompanied by your personal ranger.  Lions and leopards are frequent sightings.  Shamwari Game Reserve prides itself on the knowledge and professionalism of their rangers.
