GETTING THERE : Visitors to Imbali safari lodge can fly or drive.  If driving, please remember the park entry fees for Kruger National Park.  The distance is just over 500kms from Johannesburg.   Follow signs to Hamiltons Tented Camp from either Orpen or Kruger Gates. 

Flights include the SA Express from JHB – Hoedspruit, SA Airlink from Cape Town or JHB to Hoedspruit.  Private Charters are also available to a private air-strip.   Transfers can be arranged from Eastgate Airport in Hoedspruit and KMI Airport outside Nelspruit.

HEALTH & COMFORT : Imbali Safari Lodge is in a malaria area and malaria tablets are recommended all year round (Please consult your doctor).  Comfortable light clothing, walking shoes, sun hats, sunglasses, sun-block, insect repellent and bathing suits.  Don’t forget binoculars, camera and plenty of spare film..  During wintertime it is still warm during the day but it can become very cold on the game drives and at night.  It is advisable to bring warm insulated jackets.
