ABOUT 1 ON QUEENS GUEST HOUSE :  1 on Queens Guest House is a newly built Tuscan style villa which is specifically designed to appeal to holiday makers and business travellers requiring Cape Town accommodation.  Situated on the slopes of Signal Hill, this newly built Tuscan Villa has all you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay in Cape Town. Catering for visitors on self drive tours of South Africa, a 5 minute easy drive takes you either to the City Centre, Cape Town International Conference Centre, V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain Cable Station or to the splendid beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton. Trendy Kloof Street with its cosmopolitan atmosphere is only a short stroll away.

FACILITIES : There is a sparkling swimming pool located in a secluded garden and an elegant breakfast room and guest lounge for guests to relax and be sociable if desired. Health & beauty services can be arranged for guests by the staff, in addition to tours in the region. Laundry and dry cleaning are optional services. Airport transfers can be arranged at the guest house. Modem connections are available in the rooms proving useful to business travellers. Secure parking is available. Delicious continental & English breakfasts are served daily.

GUEST ROOMS : There are 4 deluxe rooms, 3 standard rooms and 1 economy room available at 1 on Queens Guest House. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a separate bath and shower, satellite tv, M-Net (cable tv), telephone, internet facilities, mini bars, private room safes, hairdryers and tea & coffee making facilities. Most of the rooms have large private balconies affording spectacular views of either Table Mountain or Cape Town City.  Additional facilities include hairdryers and shaving sockets (220v) in the rooms.  The rooms have excellent quality beds (singles, Queen & King sized depending on the room) and are dressed with pure cotton linens.

SEE FULL SIZED MAP GETTING THERE : Follow Road Signs to ‘Waterfront / Sea Point / CTICC’ to end of elevated freeway.  The Cape Town International Conference Centre (CTICC) will be on your left at the traffic lights. Stay in the left lane. (Turning right will take you to the Waterfront) Travel straight through 2 sets of traffic lights, this will lead you into Buitengracht Street. Continue through another 3 sets of traffic lights, and turn Right into Milner Road.  (First road right after African Backpackers) Continue straight up Milner Road, (on your right will be the Cape Milner Hotel), until you reach Queens Road on your Left.  1 on Queens is directly on the corner of Milner & Queens Roads.
